About the role

The Home National Team (HNT) supports patients and teammates performing home dialysis. This role supports various home dialysis initiatives, working closely with different analysts, managers, and directors.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report on program/project data
  • Collaborate with Home stakeholders to define key data points needed for effective monitoring and evaluation
  • Develop data collection methods based on project needs
  • Develop and continually update reports for Home leadership and field operators
  • Analyze data to answer questions, demonstrate project progress, and evaluate defined project outcome measures
  • Manage SharePoint access and update reports in SharePoint
  • Interface with field teammates to solve problems and respond to operational and reporting questions
  • Complete ad-hoc analytics requests to support operations and decision-making
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of pilot programs and large-scale projects
  • Develop project plans and timelines for pilots and large-scale product/program implementation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables on time
  • Coordinate and monitor internal approvals needed to proceed with pilots and large-scale projects
  • Develop materials to support the launch of Home initiatives (handouts, PowerPoint presentations, graphs, charts)
  • Manage document approvals through legal and compliance process and maintain an updated database of approved materials for initiatives
  • Provide outreach and support to clinic teammates around pilots and projects
  • Aid business owners in evaluating the ROI of initiatives
  • Design slides to communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internal audiences
  • Deliver trainings to clinic teammates and leaders across the organization on programs/projects
  • Support post-launch monitoring of teammate and leadership feedback
  • Develop presentations and content to be shared with leaders on progress and outcomes of various initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, operations, or corporate strategy/consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant/equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, tracking cross-functional deliverables, and coordinating pilot rollouts or operational initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to manipulate datasets, track metrics, and maintain project reports/dashboards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience developing presentations and synthesizing insights for leadership and field stakeholders
  • Prioritize operational challenges, navigate ambiguity, and proactively adapt project plans
  • Work in an office-oriented hybrid schedule based out of Denver HQ (Casa del Mundo), coming into the office at least one day/week
