Home Sales Consultant - Waco

Regional Homes of Waco (a division of Champion Homes) is looking for professional, motivated, career-minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments. No sales experience is required, but if you have it and feel you're not being compensated for your long workdays, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities

• Meet sales and marketing goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prospect, market, and promote new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Work and communicate effectively with team and customers
• Understand the loan process and credit analysis
• Work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday), evenings, and some holidays

Requirements

• Closer and negotiator mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
• Proven background in prospecting
• Amazing follow-up with prospects
• Ability to be a team player
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and social media platforms
• High level of enthusiasm and energy
• Integrity is a must
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
