About the role

We are looking for professional, motivated, career-minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans for new home site developments in the Tucson, AZ area. We value our team and reward hard work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and marketing goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prospect, market, and promote new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Communicate effectively with team and customers
• Understand the loan process and credit analysis
• Work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings, and some holidays
