Regional Homes of Brunswick in Bolivia, NC is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments in that area. Responsibilities

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

Requirements

• Closer and Negotiator state of mind
• Strong communication skills
• Out of the box thinker- Creative
• A proven background in prospecting
• Amazing Follow up with prospects
• Ability to be a team player
• Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
• A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level
• Integrity is a must
• Ability to prioritize & multi-task

Pay

Draw + Commission = potential $200,000/Year
