Iseman Homes is a division of Champion Home Builders, Inc., a leader in the manufactured housing industry and one of the largest mobile and modular home builders in North America. Champion offers factory-built solutions including single-family and multi-family homes, commercial and government buildings, and park models across the United States and western Canada.

About the role

We are looking for professional, motivated, career-minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans for new home site developments in the area. We value our team and reward hard work.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and marketing goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prospect, market, and promote new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Work and communicate effectively with team and customers
• Understand the loan process and credit analysis
• Work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday), evenings, and some holidays

Requirements

• Proven background in prospecting

• Familiarity with marketing strategies and social media platforms
