Home Restoration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Absess damage and recommend appropriate restoration solutions
• Present project proposals and pricing to homeowners
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Met and exceed individual sales targets
• Collaborate with field marketing and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records in company CRM systems

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Home improvement or construction knowledge is a plus
