Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled Carpenter Handyman to join our team. We offer competitive compensation, a company-supplied van, and a supportive environment where you can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects
• Making recommendations and managing customer expectations
• Creating life-long customers through excellent service and follow-up
• Self-managing tasks, communicating with customers, and collecting payments
• Documenting work and following the Mr. Handyman Way
• Wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Live within the area
• Have 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman
• Own your own tools
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle
• Pass a background and driving record check
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to safely work at heights and overhead
• Have professional appearance and maintain company-provided vehicle
• Proficient in at least three of the following: Carpentry work, Bathroom improvements, Kitchen improvements, Painting, Drywall work, General plumbing and electrical, Floor installation and refurbishing, Building codes
