Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, home loans, or residential lending
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and the home financing process
• Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple clients and loan opportunities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Consult with homebuyers to understand their goals and identify suitable financing options
• Explain mortgage products and loan programs clearly and accurately
• Collect, review, and organize borrower financial documentation
• Guide clients through the mortgage application and loan process
• Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, and real estate professionals to keep loans moving efficiently
• Maintain timely communication with borrowers and referral partners
• Help ensure a smooth, timely, and positive home financing experience
• Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Pay

$100,000+ at plan, commission-based.
