Home Infusion Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Learn more about our Home Infusion Pharmacy: Optum Infusion Pharmacy
• Work 35-40 hours per week M-F
• Travel within a certain radius to deliver care in patient homes or designated sites

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of TX
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
• 1+ years of RN experience in a clinical setting supporting infusion or IV therapy (e.g., ICU, Med Surg, ED, PACU)
• Proven ability to work independently with solid clinical judgment and effective interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to cover an 80 mile service radius while working up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Home infusion experience
• Knowledge of Infusion Nursing Society (INS) standards
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EMR platforms
• Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and home infusion accreditation guidelines
• Proven solid communication, organization, critical thinking, and teaching skills

Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 - $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Schedule

You'll work 35-40 hours per week M-F.
