Home Infusion Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Travel within designated areas to deliver infusion services safely and in compliance with protocols
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices and administer medications, monitoring patient responses
• Assess patient suitability for home infusion, including safety and caregiver support
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, plans of care, and discharge summaries
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and therapy management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and serve as a clinical resource

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the relevant state with at least one year of clinical infusion or IV therapy experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment, independence, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to cover assigned areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Home infusion experience and familiarity with EMR platforms
• Knowledge of industry standards and healthcare regulations
