About the role
Provide safe IV infusion care in patients' homes, partnering with care teams to ensure patient well-being and documenting assessments and treatments. Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and coordinate care.
Responsibilities

- Make clinical decisions to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active RN license
- At least 2 years of nursing experience (including 1 year in critical or home healthcare)
- Proficiency in IV techniques
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for a 40-hour work week with flexible hours
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in infusion therapy
