Our nurses play a vital role in helping patients receive complex therapies safely, confidently, and with compassion. We’re looking for a Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse who wants their work to mean something — a skilled Registered Nurse who brings clinical excellence, flexibility, and empathy to every patient interaction.
Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and discontinue intravenous therapies in patient homes or infusion suite settings
- Insert and manage IV access including peripheral lines, PICC lines, ports, and midlines
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples as ordered
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and reviews of systems
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, line care, and symptom monitoring
- Teach patients and caregivers how to safely perform and monitor home infusion when appropriate
