Home Infusion Nurse
About the Role
See your work in a new light. At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected. Inspired by lux—meaning light—we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence. As a clinician‑led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first—helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration. Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference. We’re looking for an Home Infusion Nurse who wants their work to mean something—a licensed Registered Nurse who brings clinical excellence, empathy, and purpose to every patient interaction.
The Infusion Suite Nurse plays a vital role in delivering safe, personalized intravenous therapies while supporting patients through complex diagnoses and treatment plans. This role is often the face of care—building trust with patients and families while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical leaders. In this role you’ll contribute to work that helps patients feel seen, supported, and confident during infusion therapy, ensures safe administration and monitoring of high‑tech IV medications, supports providers through clear communication and skilled clinical execution, and strengthens a patient‑first, clinician‑led organization focused on outcomes. Every infusion, every conversation, and every reassessment matters—and your work makes that care experience brighter.
