About the role
This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient-first experience by providing safe, reliable infusion care in patients' homes and infusion suites.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct home and infusion-suite nursing care by inserting, monitoring, and removing IVs and administering prescribed medications, blood products, and nutrition
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and company standards
- Support physicians, caregivers, and internal teams through clear communication and dependable care coordination
- Ensure continuity and quality of care for patients managing complex therapies
- Drive within the state to patient residences, infusion suites, and assigned care locations
- Uphold compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and organizational policies
Requirements
- Deep care about patient outcomes and the infusion experience
- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- A current RN license in the state of practice and at least two years of RN experience
- IV certification and experience with central line care and management
- Strong medical-surgical, phlebotomy, and venous access knowledge
- Confidence working independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent assessment, documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients, caregivers, and providers
- Comfort managing care in home or outpatient infusion environments
- Willingness to travel locally to patient homes and infusion sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in home infusion therapy
- PICC, port, or midline experience and certification (preferred but not required)

Pay
$45 - $60 USD per hour
Schedule
The schedule is part-time per diem, with work location subject to change based on business needs.
