This role is often the face of care — building trust with patients and families while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical leaders. What You’ll Do In This Role, You Will Deliver intravenous infusion therapy safely and effectively in an infusion suite settingMonitor patients before, during, and after infusions, identifying and managing reactions or complications as neededPerform IV insertions across all age groups, including peripheral, PICC, and Port‑a‑Cath accessCollaborate closely with physicians and clinical leadership to implement and adjust patient care plansProvide patient and caregiver education tailored to individual understanding and anxiety levelsSupport patient assessments and nurse/patient education initiatives as requested by the Clinical Nurse ManagerMaintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation and patient recordsCoordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic patient needsManage infusion appointments and contribute to efficient scheduling and patient flowFocus on positive patient outcomes through compassionate communication and high clinical standards What We’re Looking For You May Be a Great Fit If You Bring A deep commitment to patient‑centered care and advocacyStrong communication skills with patients, families, and care teamsConfidence delivering IV therapies and managing complex infusion protocolsComfort educating patients with empathy, clarity, and calmA desire to work on a team that values both compassion and clinical excellence Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrent, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with ability to practice in New York StateProficiency with IV insertions across age groups, PICC and Port‑a‑Cath management, and nursing assessmentsExperience delivering high‑quality patient care and supporting patient satisfactionBasic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, clinical documentation systems)Knowledge and experience using IV pumpsAbility to communicate professionally and serve as a patient advocate Preferred Qualifications Two (2) or more years of nursing experience with emphasis on IV insertions, SubQ and IM injections, and oral medication administration You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you show up for patients as your years of experience.
