As a leader in the Specialty and Home Infusion space, InfuCare Rx has experienced tremendous growth year over year, creating an opportunity for an IVIG Infusion Nurse in Sebring, FL and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes, acting as the patient advocate.
• Work collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients, listen to their concerns, and relay information to the nursing team.
• Perform IV therapy.
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience; must possess exceptional IV skills.
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record; must pass a drug test.
• Subject to Florida Clearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements.

Physical Demands

• Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
• Required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
