Home Infusion Nurse

About the role

InfuCare Rx, a national Specialty Infusion Company, is seeking an IVIG Infusion Nurse to join our patient-centric pharmacy team in Stuart, FL and surrounding areas. We provide therapy for patients with complex conditions, focusing on optimal care and enhanced quality of life. Our model emphasizes innovative, progressive care to keep patients healthy at home and achieve the best outcomes possible.

Responsibilities

• Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor patients’ conditions; notify appropriate personnel of any changes and act as the patient advocate
• Collaborate with an exceptional team to meet positive client care outcomes
• Discuss healthcare with patients, listen to their concerns, and relay information to the nursing team
• Administer IV therapy
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience; must possess exceptional IV skills
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, associate degree in Nursing, or graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Successfully pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and criminal record; must pass drug test

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear
• Ability to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
• Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
