Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (Orkin covers the cost of training and licensing).

Work Environment

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
