Home Improvement Sales Consultant

About the role

Full-time W-2 sales position where 90% of the work is completed before you meet the customer. Join our team as we launch our second full fiscal year in this market and grow into leadership roles. Home Genius Exteriors expanded from $2.7M in sales to over $292M in six years.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
• Grow rapidly through elite training and mentorship (promotions only from within)
• Work in a supportive, team-first environment

Requirements

• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Driven to succeed and grow
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record

Pay

$100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions. Weekly pay every Friday.
