Houston, TX | Full‑Time | Paid Training | Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
• Perform roofing and window evaluations using our proven inspection process
• Educate homeowners on roofing and window replacement options
• Build customized solutions based on each homeowner’s needs and budget
• Guide customers through financing and project options
• Prepare proposals and agreements using company technology
• Maintain accurate notes and follow‑up inside our CRM
• Continue developing your skills through coaching, team shadowing, and ongoing training

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Houston area
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
• Willingness to learn and grow

Compensation

• Weekly base pay during the 12‑week training program: $1,600 /month ($400 /week)
• Average total earnings during training: $1,400 /week (base + commissions)
• After training: 100 % uncapped commission
• Expected first‑year earnings: $75,000 – $150,000 +
• Expected second‑year earnings: $125,000 – $200,000 +

Schedule

Full‑time position with some evenings and Saturdays required. Training lasts 12 weeks and is paid.
