Fast paced restoration team based in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Project Manager for a local water-damage team specializing in insurance work.

About the role

Our Project Managers coordinate with homeowners to sign contracts for restoration projects and manage trade work on a wide variety of restoration jobs. This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, knocking on doors, and creating opportunities. The ideal candidate is competitive, resilient, professional, and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects
• Develop positive working relationships with customers and trade crews
• Build job plans and coordinate work schedules
• Problem-solve in the field, including resolving customer concerns and complaints
• Enter notes and documentation into shared software so all team members are aware of job details and file status

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-starter capable of managing responsibilities with limited supervision
• Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with customers
• Good organizational and strong computer skills
• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening

Pay

$85,000 – $100,000 per year (hourly base plus bonuses)
