- Basic construction skills

- Experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
- Knowledge of building codes

Requirements
- Current Driver's License and Insurance
- Tools, work vehicle, and good references
- Experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
- Independent Contractors must carry liability insurance and workers comp
- Pass screening process including a background check
- Smartphone and internet access
