About the role

Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks
• Help patients maintain independence through various activities of daily living
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and medication administration
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in home healthcare or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and mobility

Skills

• Knowledge of home healthcare procedures
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
