Home Health Visits Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in the territory including Sharon, Canton, Norwood, Westwood, Dedham, and Dover. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, enabling them to remain at home.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care, or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings)

Pay

Weekly Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations: $60.00 - $68.00 per point.
