Speech Therapist

BayCare HomeCare is seeking a Speech Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. • Evaluating and developing plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology
• Conducting home visits and providing services based on plan of care
• Working in conjunction with other disciplines such as RNs, LPNs, therapy, etc.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy/Speech Pathology
• Florida Driver's License (within 30 days of hire)
• Licensures: Speech Therapy and BLS
• 1 year of healthcare experience related to Speech Therapy
• PREFERRED: 1 year of Home Care experience

Qualifications:

• Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)

Schedule:

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - Friday
• No weekend work
• No on-call work
• Home visits in assigned service area: Sarasota, FL
