About the role

Baptist Health Home Health Speech Therapist provides, manages, and coordinates speech therapy services for a caseload of patients. Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Works with autonomy and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population.
• Mentor staff and students.
• Active in QA/ performance improvement activities.
• Provides, manages, and coordinates speech therapy services for a caseload of patients.

Requirements

• One year experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
• CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-language Hearing Association.
• Licensed by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.

Benefits
