Position Overview The Speech Therapist (Part Time PRN) provides quality patient care by conducting assessments, administering prescribed therapies, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include communication with healthcare providers and families, supply management, emergency response, health promotion, and family training. Key Duties Deliver speech therapy services per physician orders.Develop and maintain individualized evaluation and care plans aligned with treatment goals.Coordinate services, including discharge planning, with healthcare team and families.Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.Maintain confidentiality and effective communication with staff and families.Serve as a clinical resource and provide progress reports to physicians. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Unrestricted SLP license in the practice state.Current CPR certification.Valid driver’s license and insurance.
