You will assess disorders, administer diagnostic tests, and implement therapeutic treatments to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and deliver speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing services to patients in their homes or facilities
• Assess disorders, administer diagnostic tests, and implement therapeutic treatments
• Develop and review care plans
• Provide patient and family education
• Document care activities
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience as a speech therapist or speech-language pathologist
• Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Preferred: Home health experience.

Additional requirements

This role involves patient-facing duties, requiring TB screening and adherence to driver safety policies.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $85,400 to $117,500 annually for full-time hours.
