As a Per Diem skilled nurse, you will work on a flexible schedule, providing expert care to patients in their homes. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses who share our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the authorizing practitioner’s orders and the individualized Plan of Care
  • Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring within RN scope of practice
  • Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects and changes in patient condition
  • Provide skilled interventions as ordered (including wound care and other therapeutic interventions when within scope and ordered)
  • Measure and document vital signs, intake/output as applicable, pain, weight, and patient responses per the Plan of Care

Required qualifications include:

  • Active Washington State RN license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification for healthcare professionals
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in home health, hospice, or geriatric care
  • Prior experience with electronic documentation systems

The pay rate is $55.00 per hour (base rate) with the possibility of shift differential pay. Overtime is paid in accordance with Washington State and federal law. Travel within the Tri Cities and surrounding areas; mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile. Washington Paid Sick Leave provided in accordance with Washington State law.

Conditions of employment include:

  • Employment contingent upon meeting agency health, immunization, and regulatory requirements
  • Completion of required employment eligibility verification
  • Execution of an Employment Contract and acknowledgment of receipt of the Employee Handbook are required as a condition of employment
  • Washington State Patrol background check and disclosure required at hire and every two (2) years and as needed
  • Driver’s Record Request required annually and as needed
