Home Health Sales Specialist
About the Role
You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service and develop referral source relationships. You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. You will gather and organize account‑related information and provide feedback on important customer opportunities. You will report to a Market Executive of Sales and travel within the assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health‑related science (e.g., nursing) or equivalent.
- At least two years of health‑care or related industry sales experience (required).
- Previous home health care sales experience; experience selling to physicians, case managers, and SNFs, or prior experience as a clinical liaison (preferred).
- Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Must be screened for Tuberculosis (TB) as part of Human’s TB screening program.
Schedule
Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
Pay
Base salary range: $58,700 – $78,500 per year (varies by location and individual qualifications). This position is eligible for a commission incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
