Hire, orient, supervise and evaluate clinical personnel assigned to team.

Maintains clinical expertise in area of responsibility.

Responsible for day to day activities of the clinical team for efficient operations and appropriate patient care of the department/team.

Provides direct supervision to ensure quality, evidence-based clinical practice.

Holds ongoing participation in Memorial Health Leadership Development Institute.

Demonstrates strong assessment of skills/clinical expertise as per performance appraisal or letters of recommendation.

Strong leadership and organization skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrates ability with problem solving and decision making to develop innovative approaches to changing home care environment.
