About the role
Pediatric Home Service provides 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home.
Responsibilities
- Care for one child at a time
- Develop real connections with patients and their families
- See progress firsthand in patient care
- Become part of a supportive and caring team
- Receive specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in pediatric home health care is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in Missouri
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN
- Basic life support (BLS) certification

Pay
- Hourly rates vary based on experience and location
- Up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts
- Shift differentials available ($2 per night, $2 per weekend)
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:30a-5:30p (Nurse attends school with kiddo on Monday & Wednesday)
- Sunday-Thursday nights
- 2 days a week from 7a-6p
