About the Role
The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health supervises clinical staff serving high-acuity or extended support clients, ensuring services meet licensing, medical standards, and agency policies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff orientation and evaluate program quality
- Manage caseloads and oversee case management for financial efficiency
- Develop and manage clinical programs
- Support agency growth initiatives
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA)
Requirements
- Active state RN license
- Associates degree
- Active CPR certification
Qualifications
- 3+ years of RN experience in home health or hospice (preferred)
- Familiarity with Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS (preferred)
