Home Health RN Clinical Manager

About the Role

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health supervises clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and those receiving extended non-licensed support. The role ensures services meet licensing, medical standards, and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical programs, services, and staff in alignment with policies and regional directives.
• Oversee agency growth in home care services.
• Serve as a clinical expert and assist with operational and financial management.
• Investigate client complaints and ensure quality of care through home visits.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating clinical staff.
• Handle staff orientation, ensure competence as a Preceptor, and maintain RN Case Manager/Preceptor resources.
• Ensure client compliance with regulations and supervise case management for financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the practice state.
• Active CPR certification per policy.
• Associates degree required.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• 3+ years RN experience in healthcare, particularly home health or hospice.
• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and OASIS knowledge.
