Home Health RN Clinical Manager
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Provide - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove TB Statement? That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a statement about TB screening; it's part of posting but maybe considered legal? It's not EEO but it's a requirement. Might keep? It's a condition of employment. Could be considered part of requirements. But we can incorporate into qualifications maybe. However we need to preserve all substantive information. The TB statement is about screening requirement; we could include under Requirements or Qualifications. Similarly Driving Statement is about driver safety program; could be part of qualifications.
We need to extract sections:
- About the role: The first paragraph: "Become a part of our caring community As a Clinical Manager at CenterWell Home Health, reporting to the Branch Director, you support a team of dedicated clinicians who deliver compassionate, high quality care in the home setting. By guiding clinical practice, coordinating patient services, conducting quality assurance reviews, and ensuring excellence in every step of the care journey, you'll empower patients to achieve their highest level of independence while helping your team thrive in their roles." That's prose.
- Position Type: On-site at CWHH Silverdale, WA branch location; Work Schedule: Full-time/40 Hours. Could be schedule section.
- Responsibilities: List of duties under "As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, You Will" bullet-like sentences separated by semicolons. We'll turn into
- .
- Requirements/Qualifications: "Required Qualifications" list: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Current state license as a Registered Nurse; Proof of current CPR certification; Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation; Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse is strongly preferred; Traditional home health experience is required; Management and people leadership experience is preferred; OASIS experience is required; OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C), preferred; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is strongly preferred; Foundational knowledge and basic understanding of CMS PDGM and Conditions of Participation (CoP) is preferred.
Also TB statement and Driving statement could be added as requirements.
- Benefits: List: Day-1 Benefits: PTO + Paid Holidays; 401(k) with Company Match; Disability & Life Insurance; Wellness/Financial Programs, EAP Resources & Personalized Healthcare Navigation (at no cost); Career Growth & Education Support; Work-Life Balance & Leave Programs. Also Annual Bonus Eligible: Yes, eligible for the annual incentive bonus which has pay-outs both quarterly and annually.
- Pay: "$92,600 - $127,400 per year" plus mention of bonus incentive plan.
- Schedule: "Normal Hours of Operation: M-F / 8a-5p (ET); On-Call Expectation: Yes, rotating on-call shift." Also "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40". Also "Work Schedule: Full-time/40 Hours". So schedule section.
- About Us: Could be "About Us" section but not in list of allowed headings? The allowed headings include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Us" not listed; we could maybe omit or treat as About the role? But we have About the role already. The About Us description is about CenterWell Home Health and CenterWell, Humana. Could be considered "About the company" but not in allowed headings. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. But they say "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not include About Us heading. Could we incorporate that info into About the role? Might be okay but risk losing substantive info. However they said preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit About Us, we lose that info. But maybe we can include it under About the role as additional prose. The About the role currently is just the first paragraph; we could expand it to include the About Us description as part of About the role? Might be okay but could be considered mixing. Better to create a section "About the company" but not in allowed list; risk being penalized. However they said "e.g." meaning examples, not exhaustive. So we could add About Us heading as About Us
. That seems reasonable. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they gave examples but not limited to those. So we can add About Us.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Clinical Manager". Not used.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.
We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO statement at end is boilerplate; remove. Also TB statement and Driving statement maybe not boilerplate but could be considered legal? They are specific requirements; we keep.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.

Maybe also include About Us after? Could add another About Us

But we already used About the role; maybe we can combine About Us into About the role? Might be okay but risk missing details. Let's add separate About Us.
