Responsibilities include staff orientation, supervision, and evaluating program quality, while supporting agency growth and operational efficiency. The role involves managing case loads, conducting client home visits, and investigating complaints to maintain high care standards. The manager supervises all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), conducts employee evaluations, and ensures regulatory compliance. Qualifications include an active RN license, an associate degree, and CPR certification. Preferred candidates have 3+ years RN experience in home health or hospice, with Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS knowledge.
