Responsibilities
- Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments
- Work independently
- Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting
- Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCares standards of practice
Requirements
- Current MI Nursing License
- Proven Nursing Experience
- Familiarity with Professional and Technical Emerging Knowledge
- Problem Solving Skills and Ability to Multi-Task
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Work in a Team Responsibly and Independently
- Caregiving Attitude and Good Communication Skills
- Ability to Travel within the Service Area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
