Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

What You’ll Do

You’ll collaborate closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor patient needs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all treatments and care adhere to facility protocols. You’ll administer medications and perform a variety of related tasks to enhance the well-being of our clients.

Certification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current nursing license in the state.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions.
• A friendly and compassionate demeanor that fosters trust with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) for documenting client care activities.
• Experience with suprapubic foley, ostomy bags, and trach/vent care is a plus.
