Acts Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight
- May be required to travel to client homes
Requirements
- Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Home health experience is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
