Home Health Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking skilled nurses for our Home Health / Medicare Agency in the Greater Muskegon and surrounding areas. The agency is expanding its Medicare Division and is looking for your help.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and service to patients
• Offer customized care tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Coordinate with the Home Health Team
• Perform tasks such as wound care, ostomy care, tracheostomy care, catheter care, and more
• Train on new skills as needed
• Do one-on-one education with patients and their caregivers

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license
• One year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
• Updated TB test and current CPR certification
• Criminal history and drug screen clearances
• A compassionate and caring demeanor
• The ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of your home
• Critical thinking and task competence

Qualifications

We prefer candidates with OASIS experience, but it is not required. We will train you if you have the right skill set.
