Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Complete assessments and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families
- Manage plans of care
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 1+ year nursing experience; home health preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
Compensation range: $40.04 – $72.09 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
