Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care according to established protocols and physician orders
- Cookordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Manage equipment and supplies necessary for home health visits
Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse License
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must pass background check and drug screening
