Role: Private Duty Nurse (RN) for weekend day shifts Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare services to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.Deliver tailored, skilled nursing care to support patient recovery, growth, and independence.Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.Experience in home healthcare or pediatric/adult nursing preferred.Strong clinical skills, compassion, and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess patient needs and adapt care accordingly.
