Home Health Physical Therapist Weekend
Territory coverage: Riverside County and San Bernardino County (candidate must be local and willing to travel to these cities).

- Part-Time: 24 hours per week
- Days: Saturday, Sunday, and 1 weekday (8-hour shifts)

Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions tailored to patient mobility and recovery goals.
- Leverage AI systems to capture therapy progress accurately in real time.
- Connect with patients without being distracted by documentation tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
- Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
- National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) required within 30 days of hire.
Pay
Pay Range: $52.95 - $65.40 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
