Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for coverage in The Villages, FL 32159 / Sumter County, FL. The position offers a flexible schedule and autonomy, with average full-time earnings of $120,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Qualifications

• No weekends or holidays required (optional flexibility)
• No hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations
• No mandatory overtime
