Pay

Salary Range: $135,000 to $145,000

Benefit eligibility can vary by position and shift status. Participation requires enrollment in an Amedisys medical plan.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care (or approval from regional clinical leaders with appropriate mentoring/residency program participation if less than one year)
• Current CPR certification
