About the role
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will deliver personalized physical therapy treatments in patients' homes, supporting their recovery and independence.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, massage, modalities
- Document patient progress
- Coordinate with healthcare team
- Attend educational sessions
- Report equipment or supply issues
- Apply infection control protocols during patient care
Qualifications
- Valid state license
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Fluency in English
- Comprehensive understanding of geriatric health changes
- Preferred: At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Compensation & Benefits
Pay per visit/unit rate ranges from $41.00 to $57.00. Full-time annual pay is estimated between $64,000 and $87,500.
