Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in maintaining safety and independence at home through prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.
• Deliver therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Visit clients in home and community settings to monitor progress and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe techniques to support recovery and mobility.
