Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in the patient's home
- Avoid working under layers of management
- Communicate patient progress and changes in status to the supervising PT
- Participate in care coordination with the clinical team and patient's physician
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts PTA license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- 1+ year of home health or outpatient/rehab experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level)
- Reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Available for at least 2–4 visits per week
