Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant providing in-home therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families to promote safety and independence at home.
